Shipping Info/Returns Policy

 

Non Holiday Shipping Estimations:

UK Shipping: 1-5 working days

(Prints are 5-11 Days. Prints are made to order so they take longer and ship separately. Different size prints also ship separately.)

Europe: 1-3 weeks 

USA: 1-5 weeks 

(Post to USA usual takes 1-3 weeks, but sometimes it can take longer)

Canada: 2-6 weeks

South America: 2-8 weeks 

Australia/NZ: 2-6 weeks 

Asia: 2-8 weeks

Africa: 2-6 Weeks 

These are only estimations. Post can sometimes take longer than stated due to delays in customs. Please make sure you make your purchases with enough time, there is a chance it will be delayed and it is out of our control. Our estimates are based on regular shipping times, the holiday season will take longer.

If you think an order is late before messaging us please allow:

UK: 5 Working Days
Europe: 21 Days
Outside Of Europe: 28 days

Returns/Lost Post Policy

We have a reasonable returns policy on items that are still in a sellable condition when returned to us or for items lost in the post. We will exchange, issue replacements or refund items in the UK and Europe within 28 days of purchase. International orders outside of Europe have 60 days. Gift Vouchers are non refundable. 

CUSTOM CHARGES/IMPORT TAX

Some international orders may be subject to additional customs charges. This varies by country, please check with your local customs (or search online) to see if your country charges for imported goods from the UK. Any additional tax fees that may occur are not included in the price or P&P and must be covered by the customer. This doesn’t apply to all orders so please check before making a purchase. We are a UK based company so this does not apply to orders within the UK. Since leaving the EU import charges do apply to European countries and this varies from country to country. Please check before making a purchase.
